Most UK orders are delivered within 1-2 working days once payment has cleared. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured and tracked. For international orders, delivery times vary based on location and customs processes.

Absolutely. Every watch we sell is fully authenticated by our expert team. We do not deal in replicas or counterfeit watches under any circumstances.

Yes. Every watch is covered by a benchmark-setting 24-month warranty from BQ Watches, protecting against mechanical faults (unless otherwise stated). Some items may also carry a valid manufacturer warranty.

We accept bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and consumer finance via our third-party provider, ideal4finance.

Yes. We offer consumer finance through our trusted partner, ideal4finance. There is a minimum 40% deposit on all finance orders. Please click here to check your eligibility or apply.

Yes - we offer a 14-day returns policy for online purchases. Items must be returned in the same condition and with all supplied documentation.

If there's a fault or the watch isn't as described, we'll resolve it promptly - whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

We take provenance extremely seriously. Every watch we handle is checked against The Watch Register, the global database of lost and stolen timepieces. If a watch is ever identified as stolen after purchase - for example, due to a theft that occurred before we acquired it - we will offer a full refund. We’re fully insured under our Jeweller’s Block policy, so you can buy with confidence knowing you're protected.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times and charges vary by destination. All items are shipped fully insured.

If you're ordering from outside the UK, you may be liable for local import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

You can use our online form to upload photos and details of your watch, or contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We aim to respond within one working day.

Yes, we buy watches with or without box and papers, although these may affect the valuation.

We'll send you a Royal Mail Special Delivery pack with instructions. It's fully insured under our Lloyd's of London policy when posted via your local Post Office.

No - we don't currently offer a home collection service. We've found the Royal Mail Special Delivery system to be more secure and fully trackable.

Once we receive and inspect your watch, payment is typically made within 24 hours, often the same day.

Yes - we're happy to offer part-exchange deals. Simply let us know the watch you're interested in and the one you're trading in, and we'll work out a fair valuation.

No problem. If you change your mind after sending your watch in, we'll return it to you free of charge and fully insured.

Yes - we may still be interested in buying watches that need servicing or repair. Get in touch and we'll advise based on the condition and brand.
