Do we suggest after market upgrades?

There are arguments both for and against after-market upgrades. The arguments supporting this include the fact that you can customise your valued timepiece to your taste, and add that special bling, should that be your preferred option.

We suggest you think carefully before embarking on after-market upgrades, as they diverge from the watch’s originality and are sometimes regarded as gaudy. For these reasons, after-market upgrades often do not represent a good investment. We would particularly advise against adding diamonds to your Rolex bracelet, or other luxury watch strap or bracelet.

How do I order Rolex servicing or luxury watch repair?

To start the watch repair or service process, just complete the form below, letting us know what watch you own, and what work you would like performed. We will then revert to you with an initial quote for the work. If you are happy with the quote then we will send you a watch pack so that you can send your watch to us by Special Delivery, free of charge, and insured to £25,000.

What is the Rolex repair process?

  • Disassembly of the bracelet and movement from the watch case
  • Cleaning the Movement and each component, ultrasonically, in specialised solutions
  • Replacing the Components with authentic replacement parts where required
  • Lubricating and Reassembling all components to minimise friction and preserve longevity
  • Timing Calibrations and adjusting the balance wheel of your Rolex watch, or other luxury timepiece, and carefully observing the results over several days to optimise performance
  • Refinishing the Case and Bracelet after cleaning and repairing any worn or damaged components of your Rolex bracelet and case, and adding links / other Rolex parts as needed
  • Reassembling the Case and ensuring that your timepiece is waterproof by vacuum, compression and condensation tests
  • Final Quality Control executed by our Rolex watch repair specialists, to fully test the timing accuracy, power reserve and aesthetic appearance
